It's easy to wear your baby in the Beluga Wrap; it just takes a time or two to get it just right.

Our wraps have a beautiful four way stretch that imitates a womb-like environment. This is extremely soothing to your new baby, and comfortable on your back and shoulders. This attribute also means that you needn't leave room for your baby in the wrap. Instead, diligently remove all the slack from the wrap as you're tying it on, and it will stretch around your baby as you put them in.

Make sure to read our safety tips at the bottom of this page before wearing your baby for the first time. Shop the Beluga Wrap here.

Getting Started: How To Wrap Your Beluga Wrap

A quick note. Start the wrap at your bust, instead of at your waist. This makes it easier to tighten your wrap, and keep baby in a nice and high position during the duration of wearing.

Classic Carry (Birth - 25 pounds): Now recommended from birth

Newborn Carry (Birth - around six weeks)

When wearing your baby, always follow T.I.C.K.S.:

  • Tight – baby wrap must be tied tightly and securely at all times.
  • In view at all times – baby must never be hidden from your view by the wrap
  • Close enough to kiss
  • Keep chin off chest – a good check is to see if you can fit two fingers under their chin
  • Supported back – baby’s back must be straight and secure
